Trailblazers’ Project: History Workshop

As part of this project we are hosting a Community Workshop for anyone interested in sharing their memories of York, including the York Mystery Plays, the peacocks, school visits and other events or stories that make up our rich history. A lot of research has been undertaken using both the YPS archives at the Borthwick and the City Archives and the British Newspaper Archive but there is more to discover in time for the Yorkshire Museum’s bicentenary in 2030.  Any leaflets or documents that you have will also be useful to share and possibly copy for the archives.
