The Lodge open for York Unlocked

York Unlocked 2024

Explore 50 unique buildings and open spaces across York, all free of charge. This year, you can enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes tours of the York Art Gallery, the Assembly Rooms, and Terry’s Clock Tower. The “Architecture on the Ouse” cruise returns at 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday (book in advance), as well as walking tours of historic pubs and churches.

The YPS Lodge will be open on Saturday 5th October only from 10.00 until 12.00 and 2.00 until 4.00.

Supported by York Bid, York Common Good Trust, RIBA York, and dedicated volunteers, this inclusive event offers a rare chance to experience York’s architectural and historic treasures.

Some buildings require tickets to gain access. Tickets were released on 7 September — free entry for all buildings, including ticketed ones.
